Daniel Skye

Daniel Skye is a 15-year-old singer, songwriter, and Instagram verified musician. Since the Hollywood, Florida, native began posting snippets of covers of his favorite songs on the photo-sharing platform last year, Daniel has been racking up likes and follows thanks to his engaging voice, soulful pop sound, and, it must be said, his upbeat charm and unique personal style (his party-in-the-front/business-in-the-back pompadour is worthy of its own Instagram feed). Daniel has released three original songs, “Maybe,” “LoveSick Day,” and “All I Want” (featuring Cameron Dallas), which have all caught on with his fans, whose army is now made up of 888k Instagram, 600K Vine, and 260K Twitter followers, 165K YouTube subscribers and 99K Facebook friends, and growing every day.

Daniel has performed to thousands of people on a variety of nationwide tours, including Sunsation, MagCon, Digitour United26, and June’s Digifest with Demi Lovato and Shawn Mendes. (Fans can see behind-the-scenes footage of Daniel on tour in the video for his debut single “Maybe,” which has earned over one million views on YouTube.) In March he premiered the playful Ferris Bueller-esque video for “LoveSick Day,” which finds Daniel and his female friend playing hooky from school and hanging out at the Santa Monica pier. In May, Daniel released his latest track, “All I Want,” which premiered on iHeart Radio and immediately climbed to No. 12 on the iTunes Pop charts in the U.S. It also charted in the Top 5 in various countries overseas. This summer, Daniel moved to Los Angeles and plans to go into the studio with various songwriters and producers to collaborate on the songs for his debut album. More news to be announced soon.

Although still young in age, Daniel already has performed at major venues across the U.S. on tours such as Digitour, Sunsation, and more. His first original song “Maybe,” was released January 2015, and was quickly followed by two more singles, ‘Lovesick Day’ and ‘All I Want’.
